Perception's of Obama Raising Plenty of Controversy

Now..... I am not the type of person who is fueled off of controversy and racial remarks, but I could not help but find this very interesting. The New Yorker and The New York Post had recently put out articles that have stirred up a lot of people, of course African-Americans. Now, we live in a free country and our First Amendment allowed us the right to freedom of speech. But where is the morality for human kind??? I feel that for these magazines and newspapers to publish these articles just to spark controversy (which obviously will sell a lot of copies just because of the controversial issue of race) is inhumane. With the political comic from the New York Post, it holds a bit less weight towards racial controversy due to the mauling of a young woman by a chimp, who was later shot down. But it can still relate towards racial issues especially with the recent deaths of young African-American males due to police brutality and the stimulus plan that was passed through Congress. You could see it through a lot of different lights. But for The New Yorker to make their cover of the magazine of Obama in this attire along with Michelle as "Soul Sister Number One", it is unacceptable. With the election of the nation's first African-American president, you would think we were only going to prosper and strive towards equality. Only America Baby!!!!!
